Booking fees & payments
All appointments are required to pay a non-refundable fee that will be 30% of the service. this is due at the time of booking.
Cash, Card, Afterpay, Apple Pay Accepted
$50 squeeze in fee for outside of work hours( text to confirm)
As a reminder, all fees are non-refundable. however you are allotted (1) time to transfer your booking fee to your next appointment In the event that you need to reschedule for any reason. i require you to reach out to me via phone call for consideration. this should be within 72 hours of your appointment day. if not you will have to reschedule and pay the booking fee again.
Rescheduling
Cancellations&No Shows
Please cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled day and time. **All no call no show appointments are charged the full service amount.
To provide the highest level of service to all clients, i kindly ask that you are on time for your appointments. After the 15 min grace period, i will have to cancel the appointment completely & you will be considered a no call- no show. i am willing to work with you after this but please be mindful of my time.
Appointment Tardiness

You may bring (1) infant in car seat only. No other guests.
Pictures & videos will be taken for social media & portfolio building purposes.

*religious purposes can exclude you from being posted.
Photos & videos
if you leave the salon without acknowledging any dissatisfaction i will not know if there is an issue.
Before filing a dispute please give me a call/text/email to resolve any issues.
